TERMS & CONDITIONS 2025-26

INCIDENTAL AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

Children Policy: Charges will apply as per the tariff (with breakfast) for children under 12 when occupying same room as adult(s). Baby cribs are provided complimentary for children under 2 years old.

Extra Person Charge (adult): Rates are up to double occupancy only. Each additional adult will be charged  (with breakfast) with an extra bed per night applicable in a Suite with a maximum number of guests per room.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT TIME:

Check-in time is 15:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs (noon). Late check out between 14:00 hrs and 16:00hrs is charged at 25% of the room rate, between 16:00 hrs and 18:00 hrs is charged at 50% of the room rate and if after 18:00 hrs will be charged at 100% of room rate (subject to 07% municipality fees, 10% service charges, 5% VAT). Please note that late check out is offered subject to availability.

TOURISM DIRHAM FEE:
Applicable for all bookings payable directly by the guest upon check in
Scene Room Coastal View/Scene Room City View/Stage Room/Blockbuster Suite – AED 20 per room per night
Co – Star Suite (Two Bedroom) – AED 40 per unit per night
